My husband and I have been married now for 10yrs. Early in our marriage, before we had children, my husband confided in me that he was afraid he wouldn’t be a great dad because he never really had a father. In the last 5 years, we’ve had three children and it seems as though with each one, my husband has grown into his role as a father with an ease that belies the fact he didn’t have a Daddy growing up. It isn’t any kind of exaggeration when I say that I think he’s the best father I’ve known.
