Yeh, I&#039;m not stressing a pound.  I&#039;m more concerned with why I don&#039;t seem to care more during the week.  Probably because I do have more important things going on in my life than the size of my caboose.  That said, my efforts here are about improving me FOR me.  I&#039;m not obsessing, it&#039;s not worth the stress.</description>

		<description>I think something that is very important to keep in perspective that a fluctuation as much as three to five pounds in either direction is normal and mostly water weight...especially since we are women and our water levels are constantly fluctuating and dependent on where in our menstrual cycle we are.  Don&#039;t obsess over a pound or two; it nurses an unhealthy mindset.</description>
