
I know it’s Bitch Week and I said I wouldn’t be weighing myself during this time but I did because I skipped two in a row and felt guilty about it. And, as I suspected, I gained 2lbs. Why? Because it’s Bitch week! It does not matter how well I eat OR the fact that I’ve been doing way more physical activity than usual, the fact is, my body hates me and makes me FAT while it bleeds. Isn’t that wonderful?
So yeh, 202lbs. One step forward, two steps back. Ugh.












It’ll be okay!! I had a really hard time losing weight. Every once in awhile, I’d hit a plateau and lose hope. I know you can lose it!

I am going through the same kind of thing! One week, I lose and another week (EVEN THOUGH I have still made good choices), I gain a little. So it has been painstakingly slow to see progress. I have lost about 6 pounds in 7 weeks overall. If it makes you feel any better, keep it up, because next week you’ll most likely see a loss after the yuck week.
